Ambushing a heavily armed V3S group with a trumpet.

After spawning in Cherno, I continued west to find supplies. Was looting peacefully in the town of Kamenka , till I heard a V3S approach the area. This is where my story takes off.

They seem to have brought loot to their camp, which is why they went to the south west corner of the map. (Hundreds of player make their camp there it seems. They think it's hidden. Just like all those players making their camp on the edge of the map, north...   :D )

 

Pretty harsh conditions for an ambush. Very nice try!   :thumbsup:

The heavily armed players saw my vid on reddit and posted their side of the story. :)

"Haha. This was me and Altradoran. (Toastre and Maple Syrup respectively.) Funny enough we were actually heading to that gas station but as we passed through kamenka I was shot in the arm by the third guy you mentioned.

We stopped to bandage and make a splint and by time I had done both UN helmet guy is all of 10 meters from me. The shot you heard while in the woods was him trying to gun me down but I sprayed him. As soon as we got back to the truck we seen the battery was missing and I had a spare on me and was in the process of putting it in when you domed me.

But it only knocked me out and ruined my moto helmet in the process. We thought you were working as a team with one flanking us through the woods as a distraction while the other removed the battery and set up an ambush.

Also it was a speak of the devil moment for us when we seen it was you because literally five minutes before we seen you were on and talking about your tag and release videos."
