Create your own base.

What do you think about creating your own base. Some territory where you could repair your cars and stuff, have place survivors with differrent skills and daily quests. Base must have several positions at the map. First of all you create a storage room, then  you take there materials such as you repair the cars.NPC which was rescued will be able to craft food, madical supply, solar cells etc.

Player built bases are already confirmed but you're not likely to see NPC's or quests until someone mods that kinda silliness into the game.

The only NPCs in DayZ are zombies. Personally, I would prefer it to remain that way. As much as I enjoyed Epoch mod back in the day, the SA is a whole different monster and not well-suited to that style.
