Server don't connect to hive

Hi, i bought a public server on gameservers.com.

 

I have a character stuffed on other public servers. When i connect to mine server, i'm freh spawn all the time. And spawn locations are different anytime i connect on the server, and there is no loot on the server.

 

I think my server is not connected to the central hive. What can i do ?

You should try and contact your GSP first and foremost, as they're the ones taking care of your server.

I did it. I'm waiting... I keep this post updated. If anyone have or had the same problem, please help me ^^
