Breathe in... Slowly exhale... Send it.

Last night I found my first crashed chopper, in the area around Stary Sobor. To my delight, I found an FN FAL with night scope attached to it! I logged out in the treeline, and logged in just now to go in and loot the town. But as I stand up, I'm startled to see white smoke from a grenade start rising from the buildings in front of me. My heart rate elevated, senses heightened, adrenaline pumping through my veins as I scanned the area for enemies. There he was, crouched, running from building to building with what looked to be a sniper rifle of sorts upon his back, and ultimately out of the city. From my vantage point on the hill, I could see his every movement as he thought he had so stealthily escaped. I tried using my night scope, however it was daytime and I didnt think it would work so i just tried zooming in and using the reticle on the screen. I knew this wouldnt work from the distance of about 200-250 yards that I was at. I tried again, and surprisingly, the brightness on the scope adjusted to the light, and I was able to see perfectly. I lined up the crosshairs on the center of his chest. Send it. The shot rang out in the hills around me, the most powerful gun I had ever fired, and I reveled in my victory. His body fell below a small ridgeline, and I could see the top of his head, blood spurting out everywhere. I assumed he was dead. I was wrong. As I got up after scanning the area to see if my shot had been noticed, I saw him get up and begin to run to a small cluster of trees nearby. I didnt have time to shoot because he concealed himself so quickly. There was no possible way he could escape, as this was just an isolated cluster of trees and bushes in the middle of a plain, but even so, he had vanished. Disappointed, but glad to have come out of the engagement with my life, I trodded back into the wilderness. Until we meet again, dimension traveler.

Do you know how to read? It's really not that hard.

As for OP:

That's unlucky, was hoping it was a clean kill for you!

Still, it is a good thing he didn't notice you :P

The FN Fal is awesome, iron sights or not. Too bad you didn't get the kill. I loved my FN Fal for a long time, until I lost it to a mistake, trusting teammates to actually know there own locations...

But seriously OP, try to space out your paragraphs. A general 'Enter' after four sentences should do, just don't run them together in huge blocks like above. Thanks in advance.

I found my Fn fal in the barracks, 1 mag. Someone dumped it, used that Fn fal to kill someone for a Dmr. Great weapon, lack of mags though.

Cool story and all but it doesn't sound like your life was in any sort of danger.

No tripp, I dont think he had noticed it. If he had continued in the direction he was heading though he wouldve ran into it.

You can get CZ easy and DMRs are moderate I think? I got my as50 by stalking someone which a load of gear who was looting a crashed heli, waited for him to clear the zeds and popped him in the head with an Enfield haha

I've not really given the FN FAL that much thought... My favourite gun is actually the Lee Enfield... I can headshot people miles away with that thing. I'd only trade a Lee Enfield for a sniper, probably.
