game freezing up as soon and I spawn

Is anyone else having this issue?? In the most recent stable update, As soon as I get into an server it starts to load and i can see the game world for about a half a second then just freezes up! :( I was able to get into like one server yesterday but i just backed out because no one was in it...

 

On a side note, were players reset recently?

It now takes a while for your characters vision to adjust to the light, so everything remains black for the first few seconds after you spawn in. .58 was pushed to stable this week, so that may be the wipe that you mentioned.
