spuddy0108 185 Posted July 3, 2012 After all the ddos shenanigans of today i lost my character. Had some really really nice stuff but yea, shit happens.About an hour ago i scraped all my courage together and started again. After playing for like 30 min i noticed i couldn't pick up anything anymore. Even found a chopper but it wouldn't let me pick up any weapon or ammo. So i thought i'd reconnect. When i got back in i spawned back in Cherno, with gear i never even had in the first place. I suddenly find myself carrying a Remington and a macaroni, which i didn't had. My inventory and backpack are also stuffed with things a did not have when i disconnected. What the hell is this all about? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
SupaFly (DayZ) 0 Posted July 3, 2012 I've had issues today also, but mine weren't so weird. It just took a couple of seconds to let me pick up an item. Also, I found an AK on the ground and tried to pick it up. After like 10 seconds, it went into my inventory but was also still on the ground. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Tried my flashlight but either it didn't work or it worked and the server is borked that I couldn't see it. Found one other server like that when I was hunting for a different server and a few that were the waiting for character to create hang.Yes I had a server a week or so ago, I was walking through the hangars at Balota Airfield and my light would not illuminate the floor.
