Server Doesn't work

I bought a server on dayz.st a day ago and have yet to have it work. set everything up like how i used to when i used there servers and the buttons for starting/stopping/restarting the server are grey and cant be pressed. have emailed them tweeted them and used their forums but no help :c

if you just bought it takes them time to allocate the resources. a few hours sometimes ​​

I bought it more than 24 hours ago and ive used them before and its always instantly up, they even advertise that it will be on the website.

Then contact their support. They will fix. Sometimes installs get corruped
