Wont let me see or join servers says it blocked loading of file "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\plsapp.dll". (Please Help Cant play Game At ALL)

I seriously am done I just want to be able to play the game I payed 35$ on steam for.

The Stickies are there, all you have to do is read them, which may lead to the solution to your problem.
Also we have a Search tool which may lead to the same solution.
