You don't seem to actually have the proper rights to be able to launch it. Make sure you're launching DayZ / Steam as an Administrator.

 

If you don't have administrative rights on that computer, you will most likely have to ask the Administrator to help you out.

 

If you do, try the following:

 

  1. Go to the path specified in the first picture ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\DayZ")
  2. Rightclick DayZ_BE.exe
  3. Select "Run as Administrator" / "Als Administrator ausführen"
  4. If the Administrator Account is password protected, it will prompt you for that PW - type it in
