Game wont launch, various errors occur.

Launch game through steam and the first error occurs, try to launch through the folder and the second two occur.

 

i5 4690k 3.5ghz, 16gig ram, GTX 970 graphics card

 

fresh install of windows 7 and the problem started showing up, upgraded to windows 10 to see if it fixed and the same problems occured

 

Tried to update MS Visual 2010, and ran the DX Web Setup and it said I had the most up to date versions or equivalent.

 

Closed Razer Synapse and it didnt fix anything, restarts wont fix anything.

 

Any ideas?
