Been having this since right before .57 made it to stable. Could be due to a Steam update as I can't speak in CS:GO either.

 

TeamSpeak/Skype work just fine, playback in Razer Synapse and Steam Audio Settings are working too.

But when I push to talk ingame (caps lock and icon pops up) nothing comes out. I'm unable to communicate for the first time ever and it's borderline game breaking. I've looked up a few posts regarding similar issues and thought the Razer Synapse might be the culprit, but none of the threads/fixes I've found seem to do the trick. 

 

Any help/info would be appreciated.

Try rebinding the key.

Might help, might not but worth giving it a try.
