Cant Join Brother's Server

So me and my brother play DayZ together and since we are brothers we live in the same house. Sometimes when trying to join a server that he is already on (or i'm already on) we get a message saying "Connecting Failed". The reason I say sometimes is because it seems like it happens only when he joins a server and i'm in another server then I try and join the server he is on. The reason I mentioned we are in the same house is because I don't know if it has something to do with being on the same ip or if it is a server setting or what. But it is very annoying because we have to leave the server we are already on and the other people we play with have to leave as well because of our problem. If anyone knows a fix please respond. One of you has to change your port number

 

Go to launch options and add -port=27010 as an example. Only one of you do this.
