Changing chemlight color before spawning

Since we have the ability to change the color of our clothing before we spawn in, why cant we have the ability to change the color of the chemlight that we have?

 

 

This just adds a little bit of "you" to the character that you have when you spawn in. Instead of a generic "white".

 

This could also be used for clans wishing to identify their own "newspawns" by them having a certain color for their light.

I would like the color to be random when you spawn in.

Im ok with that too, just a little bit of "different" than the generic white.
