DayZ commander doing weird

I honestly do not know what is going on, its really confusing me. I wanted to play dayZ since i havent in a year and i cant get this thing fixed, the many existing problems make it impossable to figure out what fix it is. can someone help me? just reply ill give you my skype or you can send a TS server.
