Always Night?

I have tried multiple servers and all of them are night time setting.  Even on the 24/7 days servers.  Is this something that Devs are doing for testing?  Thanks in advance for a response.

This started a few patches ago. The servers default to track your domestic time; aids immersion, can see why. I don't think I'm alone in pointing out that this is a disservice to those of us in full time work and/or have families, however..

 

It does tend to get better though, as a patch gets on, and server owners become more discriminating.
