Missing asc_eu_lights, despite it being in my @Dayz_Epoch folder

I recently downloaded Dayz Overwatch and Dayz Epoch so I could play on Overpoch servers.  When I try to join a server, I always get the error missing asc_eu_lights. I checked, and this file is in fact in my @Dayz_Epoch folder. Upon receiving this error message, Arma 2 OA quits.  Please help!!
