Failed hold ups – Attempting to capture 3 armed players near Zelenogorsk [11:18]

The primary objective for me personally is to capture heavily armed player and armed players in general. But sadly, in most situations a player giving up is quite rare thus the situations generally end with a conflict. Here is a small collection of those events.

Which is why I play 1PP 99% of the time...

 

But that being said, multiplayer games like DayZ shouldn't have 3PP to begin with. 

 

I play this game for the survival aspects of the game, but again, at least 70% of the players are in for the "pvp". Just check out YouTube or Twitch to see how the majority of either players, or those who follows the YouTubers/Streamers, enjoy the game to see it's mostly for the "pvp". Heck, most of those players get pretty competitive too.

 

You don't see competitive games like BF4 or CS:GO have 3PP so players can exploit that, as there's already to many cheaters and exploiters as is...

 

Thus the reason to change the 3rd person camera, to level the field and make 3PP more enjoyable, and less cheat like.

 

Most of Sobieski's videos are on 1PP servers, or at least he plays in 1PP most of the time.

I play 3pp and I accept the risk of getting wall peaked, unlike the majority of the kids who get killed and then come to these forums complaining about it... Ruins it for the majority who are fine with getting wall camped/peaked

Yea , I wanna look at my hands while i run across the map for 4 hours. For those that don't sit behind walls all day long and like to actually see there character and put on all kinds of different gear non stop please don't jerk around with the 3pp. You don't like it go sit in your 20 player 1pp server and have a pleasant day. I love these people that don't even play in 3pp servers but can't resist to get in there little stab of how they hate it.

Narcissism at it's best... Press tab and voilà, you can see your character...  

 

Cheat and exploit all day if you want, or look at your character for 5 hours straight, I don't care, just don't come here complaining about how the game will be without it's 3rd person camera exploits...  Too easy to get involved in pointless debates, to each his own.

It's so funny how people defend this flawed feature for a multiplayer game. No one came here complaining about being killed in 3rd person. 

 

Back on topic, Sobieski provides some of the best videos of players hold-ups and encounters out there and I respect that. 

 

The first comment not being about his video and only being a complain about the changes to the cameras to try and remove it's exploit-ability was pretty much like putting gas on an already lit fire.

Once the hardcore servers are populated again in NA, I'll for sure get back on it.

 

Till then it's just the 3rd person servers atm, thus the reason of me being on it. 

 

It's by no means fair, but that is sadly the mechanic that 99% community choose.

I never said anything about the game being without 3pp. I think it's great they have 1pp and 3pp servers so people can look at there characters and peek over walls all they want. And people that want to stare at there nail polish all day and not worry about a 3pp wall exploit can do that too. I never said i cheat and exploit and i never said anything about how the game would be without 3pp so might want to read twice and post once. I for one can't wait for nail polish to be added, what a feature that is going to be huh :)
