This is for my friend, he starts dayz he receives the following message(see attachment)...The game does not start afterwords

We have done sfc scans, we have updated windows, we have look to remove windows update (*insert here*) he does not have, we have tried hot fixes...etc...

He would like to play the game, and I would like to have my backup back...He has played almost 40 hours so it has worked before...

Any advice would be great and I will pass along the information...

As stated earlier, we tried the recommended solution and my friend does not have Windows update “KB3004394″ so the recommend solution on the FAQ does not apply at this point

I have found the solution! The problem was with punkbuster! Once my friend shut it down and started the game again It opened up like a charm!
