Can someone from Europe play on the same server as myself here in the USA? 

Can you suggest any public servers that have been reliable for this scenario?

EU -> SA and vice versa usually never is a problem. Should usually be around 100 and that's perfectly reasonable.

Yes and vice versa.  Ping time will suffer though.

 

 Thanks for the response but we got it worked out. Had the ping filter set too low.
