ScytheX 0 Posted July 2, 2012 Hi everyone, I am about to get arma 2 and it's dlc so I can play DayZ! I've been watching alot of gameplay and have found that it is quite hard to start. I've never played ArmA 2 before so I am unfamiliar with controls and what not. I want to be friendly with everyone and only kill if my life is threatened. E.g if someone is shooting at me or charging at me with an axe.I wish to know if anyone wants to team up and survive the zombie apocalypse together. Keep in mind that I am 14 and live in Australia so if u don't like teenagers then don't bother posting. Also if ur a bandit or just trying to troll me than go away because I don't have time for idiots mucking around and getting me killed or killing me.P.S. It would be helpful if u had a spare weapon and some ammo spare for me to use if possible but it doesn't really bother me I can find my own weapon. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Toilet 204 Posted July 3, 2012 I would suggest having a play with vanilla Arma 2 first, maybe do some missions or at the very least do the boot camp. It is ESSENTIAL to master basic movement and shooting in this. Also have a look in the Survivor HQ sub forum to team up with other players, there is a good chance they will have more experience and be willing to to help you. You should follow it.Play the Arma 2 bootcamp missions first! Setup your controls so they are perfect for you!Good to hear that you are a friendly player. I wish you all the best!
