Dayz Standalone won't launch HELP

I just bought the game and I tried everything it just won't launch, I reinstalled it 3 times and verified game cache 10 times. When I start it from steam nothing happens but sometimes when I launch it from game directory it gives me error: The instruction at 0x00d196565 referenced memory at 0x000000000. The memory could not be written. PLEASE HELP!!!

I FIXED IT, THANKS BONEBOYS... IT WAS THE PROBLEM IN NET FRAMEWORK 4.5.2.. I REINSTALLED AND IT LAUNCHED!!!

Download Net Framework 4.5.2 and uninstall it... then restart computer and install it and start game
