Fire Starting Methods

Would like to start a fire without matches or a flare. Make it take longer to start it up but the option should be there. Maybe only a % chance to succeed which decreases depending on rain/wind.

Would also like to see lighters as they are much more common than matches. Each would have a % fuel remaining or # of uses remaining.
