Moving with Inventory open with custom keys?

From the initial launch of the alpha I cannot move while inventory is open it must be noted I use a redifined key's(injury to left hand no choice). Are they a work around-fix for this. Or is it a known problem that will be fixed it dose present a disavantage at times and is getting frustrating. Anyone any insight?

hopefully soon.  I noticed you can jump while running with remapped keys now (you couldn't before).
