noah62007 10 Posted April 6, 2015 (edited) Hey guys , first im sorry if there is an equal topic but i dont found one so yeah , i start my own here.Yesterday me and my team were playing on a Private Server (Persistance : ON) we pitched a tent and put our Stuff inside , but on the next day everything was gone.We decided to join another server (Dayz DE 1-19 Persistance :On) we pitched 5 Tents and after the restart (nobody was able to take everything in that short time) everything was gone again so i want to ask you if there is a server were Persistance is working correctly EU would be good or if persistance not working as of now. What i have to add , all tents were placed on a hill , and somebody told me that , tents placed on unflat underground dissapear is that right? Thanks. Dunxel 17 Posted April 6, 2015 yeah i ran into this as well.Server that rebooted every 4 hours to free up resources & such with Persistence On supposedly. Every 4 hours everything got wiped. We lost 2 tents in an 8 hour day.Would be nice to actually have a way to filter TRUE Persistence servers with these not Persistent that claim to be. It might be best to just put a tent down with a few items you won't be missing. to test the waters.

Calvin Candie 189 Posted April 6, 2015 (edited) I can confirm that tents get wiped on public servers after every restart Edited April 6, 2015 by Calvin Candie
slyder73 94 Posted April 6, 2015 It is a glitch.Private servers cannot turn off persistence. That is a core game feature that is no longer in private servers control.
