So I was thinking... with the new scarcity of food (which is good) this could be offset slightly by having more things to forage for. At the moment berries and apples are the go to item but id love to see this expanded to include mushroom, edible plants or seaweed for example. In real life if there was no food this would be a viable way to help you get inland... find a spade and seeds, dig a garden and survive long term. The devs could obviously throw in poisonous items.. perhaps there could be a foraging book in game to help you identify what is safe to eat (same as the books we find already)

 

Id love to see this in one day

I agree

Maybe a few psychedelic mushrooms aswell.

Eat them go unconscious. Wake up with a colorful screen.

You could take someone hostage and force feed them shrooms and watch them go skits lol
