Ghost Zombies?

I'm not sure if anyone has had the same problem or there is a thread, but I haven't found one, but since the update, I'm getting killed by ghost zombies? I think, and the zombies I do see, no noise, or disappear and then start beating the crap out of me and i can't hit anything? Please help! Thanks!
