i think it would be awesome if u are able to cover traps, like beartraps or mines with leaves or something else

I think placing them in the grass at gates of house yards is more ideal than putting them at an actual door step where the perp is more likely to have their guard up when entering a house.

But covering with leaves aint a bad idea either :D
