ZomboWTF 527 Posted June 5, 2015 The 101 has been better than the mosin for a long time if u kit it out properly.An ak 101 with a pso and the right attatchments can snipe up to 1000 meters and can be silenced.The pso also has a built in range finder in the scope.Combine that with the gun doing well in close quarters and you have more space and usability than the mosin combined with an smg. i don't know how far the bullet simulation goes in DayZ, but doesnt the 5.56 rounds the AK101 uses also have higher velocity than the 7.62 rounds for the mosin?
