Hordes

So, since I searched Hordes and the only topics are from last year, I'll post here.  I hear this is going to take place next patch.  I've tried looking it up but can only find the video of what it looks like, no real info.  Does anyone know if this is legit?  And if it is, prepare for the game to totally break.  Now instead of 1 or 2 zombies following you through closed doors, walls, floors and hitting you behind walls, buildings, behind the zombie, from 100m away etc. etc. etc.  There's going to be 30-40 at a time.  I'm pretty sure next patch would be a pretty terrible time to implement this, given the above reasons, which is why I'm skeptical of it actually being true that it will be in the next patch.  Anyone that can confirm or deny, a link would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
