Tents and Camps that can be locked to the server

What about the option to set down tents and lock them to the server so that they do not get wiped every Wednesday? That way groups can have bases of operations that can be raided by others. Wire can be placed around it and anything placed in the tent stays during server reset as well.

The intention is for tents to be permanent, or mostly permanent.  Tents are wiped weekly because of stability issues, once those issues are solved tents won't be wiped regularly.
