You're stuck in the "debug Wilderness". It's a bug and you have accidentally spawned outside the normal map, where player models are teleported, while receiving character data.

Do not kill anybody out there, it's considered a bannable offense.

To get back from the debug wilderness, you have to run south east for 1-2 hours. If you spawned in the debug forrest, you only have to run east for 5-10 minutes. If you don't have some really awesome gear, you should consider pressing respawn, instead of running for 1-2 long hours.
