What settings should i tun Dayz on (Specs Below)

Hello, im fairly new to this & dayz, and i was wondering what i should have my settings on since the game says low fps, adjust settings, even though i seem fine, but my specs are

HP Pavilion 500-424 Desktop Pc

Amd Quad Core A8-6410 Accelerated Procressor

64-Bit

2TB HDD

Amd Radeon R5 Graphics

Please answr ASAP, would love to play in good fps asap

From what I'm reading in it's un-optimized state the game has to be tuned by you to your rig specifically. I'm playing on an old low end machine with an overtaxing video setup 3X32" TVs at 3840X720, I just started at minimum and kept dialing things up until it got too choppy then dialed back a bit. The funny one is this last patch has allot beast gaming rigs running like dogshit yet my 6-7 year old X2 Athlon rig got better.
