The game is basically unplayable for me...please help

Every couple of minutes, I get this annoying as fuck black screen:

It lasts about 10-15 seconds (I usually have to tab in and out a couple of times) and during that time I can still be hit/killed etc. It's annoying as hell as I can't get into gun/axe fights as I would just get this screen and die. I also crash quite a bit, I've removed all launch options and verified cache but still the problem exists. Please help 

 

System Specs: i5 4670k, AMD R9 280x, 8GB Memory, Windows 8.1, Dayz on Samsung 840 EVO, 1080 x 1920 resolution.

do -dologs in the launch options, crash and upload your crash dumps. Zip the C:\Users\Badger\AppData\Local\DayZ folder and upload it on your issue ticket.
