A suggestion to drastically reduce the murders

Recommended Posts

What do you mean " It has become uninteresting and 'unrealistic' in terms of the human reactions that would appear in an 'apocalyptic' situation."? This makes no sense. What you see in dayz IS humans reacting to an apocalyptic situation.

let me re-phrase this DayZ is humans reacting to a high pressure situation where hours of work is on the line. It's destroy or have you're shit destroyed. You stop trusting people after being shot a couple of times. Once you learn that, shit gets real and you learn no one can bee trusted.

That is my opinion and would be if I were in an apocalyptic situation where I had been shot at multiple times. sure the game doesn't represent what would happen at first, but after a while, the people that trust everyone would die out, and the only people left would be the ones who rarely trust others. Once someone gets into a group, they have other people to protect as well as more to lose (chances are you have picked up some good shit with your group) and you're not going to trust anybody outside of your group. It's natural selection. Let's say at the time when DayZ takes place, the zombie apocalypse has been going on for a while and the people who weren't willing to kill on a whim or a hunch have died out. Now you're just left with a bunch of cold hearted bastards who have only two objectives: guns and beans.
