Using a knife or stick to a old tree to maybe gather wood worms for survival experience must have simple and jummy.

Make Bear grylls happy :'(

Harvesting sap would be useful too, both for food and resin.

Yes with simple stick + knife and bottle,countainer. easy.

Same with possible way to gather edable creatures in some places.

well i dont like to run in mayor cities myself soooo , i would like the wood people clan runing arround making my tent from sticks and leather or skin of cow. lol :D
