From my experience, it's either a big hit or a giant fail when it comes to loot. Nothing inbetween. :)

I still haven't dared travel there as I'm afraid of losing my backpack in the water. :(

Avoid persistent servers as the persistence is"bugged" (not finished...) and not working as intended.

Most find it best to just drive straight over there in a V3s
