Massive Lags

Every time when I play dayz on a server, my fps goes massive down.I have everything on low or normal but nothing works

 

I have Intel Core i5 2.6 GHz,Geforce GT 730m,8 GB RAM,Windows 8 Pro

How do you mean, goes massive down? Is it freaking high in the main menu or something?

That's a fairly low spec laptop, not really cut out for gaming, nevermind an intensive game like DayZ.

 

You can find performance tweaks here, but I wouldn't expect any miracles...
