As you say "water source", do you mean like a lake? Cause if you were low on health/blood & you drink from a lake, you can get cholera. Maybe that was the problem?

Do you mind to not put your text to color white, people - like me - who have the white theme for the Dayz forums cannot read it. I literally first thought you were a troll, but when I selected your post I could see the text ;)... But now that I've read it, I also think it's a good idea. But there's this little paradox right here: Player gets into building to log out. Next day player logs back in, the building is randomly locked. Player has no gear, he has to punch it a thousand times... Or switch servers, but that's not really in the nature of the game, so I don't like that as a solution.

lol w0t, why are you complaining? I remember the patch when you died if you logged out or crashed in a truck :P. But yeah, I'm pretty sure that's not always the case, maybe just bad luck was involved. Sorry to hear, see you rolling around in Chernarus :x.

If you want to prevent servers from running empty, all servers should just be linked to one certain accelerated time, that also shifts position every day, by one hour. This way, all servers will be night/day at the same time, people from all around the world who play only for a small time, on a certain moment will experience different times and everything is pretty fair. Atleast that's how I'd like it :p

My guess is that it's simply a de-sync issue. For example, ever had the moment you're switching a magazine, but you have no inventory space so you drop it on the ground, but the moment you pick it up again, it also stays on the ground. So there are two versions now, both linked to the same item. I think that way you can more or less fuck up the player-side and server-side links of items, so for the server you probably didn't have a pants, but the client thought it had :p...

Jup it was that, if you have it occasionally, maybe filling in a bug report with your hardware could help the devs.

That bug was introduced a few patches ago, removing ALL startup parameters fixes it. (Although a few keep it, probably hardware related.)

I'm having testmode on and I play Dayz Standalone fine. Maybe the problem is related to a new driver?

Us realism players don't want that. What I do want is another, more modern - or better said, actual- sniper rifle, with a bipod, scope and maybe even more attachments just for the heck of it. The date in dayz is also 2015, even though it's russia, there are more modern weapons out there I suppose ;)

Second thread like this popping up, cannot be coincidence. I've read that they fixed a bug, that completely fucks up the statuses. Maybe they didn't entirely fix it?

I've had it like 5 patches ago too, but I had a feeling it got fixed though. Maybe you were desynced with the server.

You were really hungry and thirsty, you ate stuff to get a good status, but you have to eat that much that it's impossible to do it with one full stomach. Maybe because of eating food with high stuff value and low hungry/thirst value, I should check if this is possible. Impossible in Dayz, the processing is instant right now in Dayz:SA.
