Fps/graphics issue

Recommended Posts

I recently got out of the hospital and I kept updated with dayz, so I finally got home, started it up, and I noticed my grahpics in the game were twitching, from good to terrible. I messed with the settings and I believe I just made things worse. I've deleted the game, the files, re-downloaded it, and no fix it all. The fps is also awful no matter what settings I put it on with. I'm fairly new to PC gaming as well. So any options will be greatly appreciated!

I looked there before posting, and it didn't help.
