Gamma Problem

After the recent update i logged into dayz and immediately noticed something off about my graphics. The game seemed pretty dark compared to how it normally looked. My gamma and brightness are all the way up and i cant tell what the problem is. Here are some pictures of what it looms like (day and night. night is impossible to play).

I had to make them smaller so they would upload. The pictures just show that the game is very dark, even on mid-day servers.

And gamma & brightness on 100%? If so, that's strange - I can only suggest that maybe your character stucked somewhere or it is connected with some kind of light glitch.

It feels like im running around holding a road flare when they used to do that glitch where everything around you would get very dark, except im not holding a flare  :|  :beans:

I understand what you are writing about. This is like incorrect work of blindness from bright light. Noticed such issue when using gas lamp.

But full time blindness...

Are you by any chance running the game in windowed mode? I had the problem in the past with a couple of games that they turned dark when i set them to windowed, and I never figured out why that happened.
