As a heli hunter, I have yet to find a single one. Alot of Raincoats, but none of the jackets.

I can second that.  I would defer to a Vybor aficionado to verify its also not spawning in barracks.

I don't think they are in game. Either that or they are extremely rare.

Haven't seen an M4 since the patch either - same story, been to a lot of heli's

Seen a metric ton of rain coats though........ I get the feeling that rain coats at American Heli sites are sucking up spawn points for other high end mil loot.
