How To Get A Steady Aim Sniping (Solved!)

Hey Guys Wolverine here.

I noticed a few people are having issues with sniping as you cant aim through the scope because of it swaying too much. All you need to do is apply a Splint/Morphine and it should fix the Phantom Fracture.

Also I have made a video is your unsure or need proof check it out if you like
