DayZ stuck at preparing to Launch

Hi,

 

Since the last Patch my DayZSA says Preparing to launch when i try to start it via Steam but then does nothing. If i try to start it via the Dayz.exe in the SteamApps Folder theres an error Message (i'm german but the error message basically says i dont have the permission to open the file). I have admin rights on the user account I'm using.

Already tried:

Start Steam as admin

Start Dayz.exe as admin

Validate game files

Redownload DayZ

Reinstall Steam

Reinstall DirectX

Disabled Firewall and AntiVir

Checked for Malware etc

Searched many forums and stuff

Drivers and stuff are up to date

 

My other Steam games work just fine and I have 159hours played on DayZ and the problem appeared right after yesterdays Update (even opened the game while the servers were still down right before 0.53 was downloadable)

 

I'm on Windows7 professional 64-bit

Stupid question. Did u google the EXE error at all?

the only answers i found were firewall and malware related which i already checked for

 

sorry for the "stupid" question but i wouldnt ask if i had not already been looking for an answer for multiple hours
