Unplayable, literally.

After the update the game is unplayable. Not unplayable like it sucks, but I can't open the game up properly anymore. First of all, when I open the DayZ.exe in my desktop, it says it can't be opened due to permission issues (weird enough but ok). When I open DayZ through the steamapps folder on my hdd it opens normally. When trying to join a server it kind of crashes, throws me to the desktop, opens another DayZ.exe (2 DayZ.exes running at the same time), closes the other DayZ exe and throws me back into the newly opened exe where everything is bugged and I can't press anything. 

 

Any help pls?

Exit steam

Run steam as admin (right click and select run as administrator)
Validate your files
Run DayZ through steam
