Whitelist Info

Recommended Posts

We've recently whitelisted one of our servers and was wondering is there anyway to update the players on the whitelist without having to restart the server, at the moment players added to our whitelist must wait until the next server restart in order to play on the server.

#whitelist on - turns the whitelister on
#whitelist off - turns the whitelister off

Just restart your BEC instance ;)

I'd rather not do that as that also resets the scheduler, which means the server wont restart when it should. I was hoping there was something I could add to the scheduler that would reload the whitelist every x minutes.

Solution would be to set the scheduler to a time in RL to restart rather then counting the time after a start - you should find the information over here: http://ibattle.org/install-and-configure/setting-up-the-scheduler/

There was also a thread explaining it in this forum here.
