Dayz Commander TImeouts/not connecting

So whenever I try to down load overwatch from dayz commander, I get that horrible little red triangle with the exclamation point inside.

I've tried many other fixes, including setting my router to DMZ and, obviously, re installing DZC, but I cant get it to work.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

I haves windows 8 if that helps, and the most updated DZC at the time of posting this.

DayZCommander has been outdated for over half a year now and thus rendered useless. Don't use it.
