Powdered Milk Expansion

I have an idea, what if you combine a water bottle, canteen etc, into a powdered milk bag and make liquid milk. then if you find a a bowl that should be implemented, you can make a bowl of cereal. just an idea.

In all honestly ive been waiting for this suggestion, have some cold beans, since we dont have cold cereal yet.
