How to change game version

  • Open steam

  • Go to games library

  • Right click on DayZ

  • Select "Properties"

  • Select "BETAS" tab in the properties menu

  • Then select the desired version from the drop down box

  • Close the menu and the game should update/backdate to the requested version

Does this help,or you know this already and doesn't work?

It didn't work at first, as the dropdown menu wouldn't respond. It took a restart of Steam, and a following of the steps you provided, and all was fixed. Thank you for this.

The dropdown menu will be disabled if your game is running.

It wasn't at the time.  but I had only recently quit it after realising experimental was down.
