Server Admin: Loot Not Spawning : How to varify?

I admin for a server within Australia.

The server has several locations were loot normally spawns.
The server is Persistence ON
The server has been confirmed as Persistence working.

As of Maintenance  from the 7th January the server does not spawn loot in several places it used to.
One town that used to spawn loot in the police station no longer spawns anything.

Vybor military base is a ghost town.
NWAF may as well be a ghost town.

Have tested via server restarts and getting other player groups i know to frequent the server at different start times.
Same result.


So my question is : Is there any way for either Server Admin ( I dont see any option and understand the potential for abuse )
or the DEV TEAM / Server Host    : to check the loot table for the server?   Any way to varify if the loot is spawning at all?

Hear me out: I'm not talking about " oh no a massive loot over spawn is not happening "
I am specifically stating that " I walk into a military area that has always spawned X amount of items after a restart .. and there is 1 - 2 items. " wtf?

It is impossable atm for a new player to survive from a coast spawn and get to an inland town atm with the loot the way it is.
I play with a group , so we have farms at our camp spot. Food for US is not an issue. But for anyone playing on the server .. without a camp already set up.
It would suck.

You have to uninstall persistence, and reinstall it.

 

My server op said to do this if loot is not spawning. Its a known bug.

 

So pack up those tents :( if those even work.
