How do you determine the server hoster?

How do you tell which server provider is providing a server if it's not listed in the title?  I've been trying to google the info for 30 minutes, but I can't find the info.

 

This is an example:
64.31.59.194:2402

Reads as following for me - took me 3.4 seconds to query:

 

Location: Dallas, Texas

ISP: Vilayer Ltd.

What words did you use to find it?

 

I tried just using the IP, I tried tying several of the game SPs and couldn't get that info.

Google "IPWHOIS" and see what you can find. Combine that with a general location search and you will be able to find all you need to know.
